This page gives the legal notice of project-1804.com (the “Website”) required by French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), and the terms that apply to anyone using it. By using the Website, you accept these terms. Client engagements are governed by the signed quote or contract.
Vladimir Nikandrov, Président of PROJECT 1804.
The Website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States, phone +1 415 964 0555 (webflow.com).
The Website is free to access. We may change, suspend or interrupt it at any time, in particular for maintenance, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Content on the Website, including services, packages, prices and quiz recommendations, is for information only. It is not a contractual offer. A commitment exists only once a quote or contract is signed.
The Website and its content (texts, visual identity, logos, layouts, photographs, animations, sound design, code, databases) belong to PROJECT 1804 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law, except third-party content published under its own licence, such as Unsplash photographs. You may view the Website and share links to it. Any other reproduction, adaptation, extraction or distribution, in whole or in part, requires our prior written consent.
Projects are shown with our clients’ agreement or within the rights we retain. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and showing them does not imply any endorsement beyond the collaboration described. If you hold rights in content shown here and object to its use, write to hello@project-1804.com and we will review it promptly.
Information you send through the Website must be accurate, and you must be entitled to share it. You keep all rights in your ideas, briefs and materials. We treat the project information you share as confidential and use it only to assess and answer your request.
You agree not to:
The Website links to third-party services such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance, Spotify and SoundCloud. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. You may link to the Website. Framing, or links that present our content as someone else’s or bypass access restrictions, are not allowed.
We take care to keep the Website accurate and secure but cannot guarantee that its content is complete or free of errors, or that the Website is free of interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, PROJECT 1804 is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.
Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we handle personal data. You can change your cookie choices at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your visit applies.
These terms are governed by French law. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably. Failing that, disputes with professionals fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris; consumers keep the jurisdiction rights granted by mandatory law.
For any question about the Website, write to hello@project-1804.com or to PROJECT 1804, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.
